I have been playing withe THE CAMERA and trying to figure everything out. (I am far from figuring everything out except this… I have far too much to learn.) I had a quick tutorial and was ready to soar (not to high places-just mostly automatic places) but still I was excited. So, I tried some things today. I am still working on TONS-but here are a few I liked. (btw, I am here in Rocky Pointe to hang out with friends and their kids.) Yes, Zoe-it is for your birthday. (shhh, don’t tell her otherwise). Anyhow, Jill’s kids were having just as much fun with the camera as I was!
They look a little weird in color (some shadows and other major problems) but you can’t but love that face! He could have let me take pictures of him all day long. I was trying to practice some things-be patient with me, I will get it.
Then, there was Jaci and her cousin.
I made them pretend like they had no idea I was that close. Pretty good, huh? (I mean they did a pretty good job)
Carter was so funny. He was trying to watch a movie and would look at me, then back at the movie, back at me, etc. Too cute!
While we were waiting for Jill to arrive, we played. Thank you so much to Lettie for entertaining my children.
Lettie and Zoe were working on a puzzle. They were determined to put that sucker together. They did!
I was trying to hold both of them in the water. I was tipping, tipping, tipping… they thought it was so funny!
Don’t know what tomorrow holds–oh wait, yes I do. …delicious breakfast burritos and play time on the beach. I am going to take lots of pictures. Jill says that I am in charge of documenting their VERY FIRST TRIP TO THE BEACH. Yeah, I am so glad I get the honor of being with them on their first trip! This is exciting…
