We recently took a group for an evening hike at San Tan Mountains.  It was an absolutely beautiful and perfect day.  I wished 2 things: that I rode my mountain bike more often AND that my family loved things like this as much as I did!  Well, moving to WA will give us tons of opportunity for outdoor activity so I am hoping to have some conversions!  Anyhow, the hike was peaceful and perfect (and much easier than I remember when on my bike).   Some took the high road, some took the low road.  In the end, we all ended up in the parking lot with a picnic tailgate party followed by some delicious Thrifty’s icecream (what do you think about this?). There is a location on San Tan, east of Power on the south side of the road-in the Water and Ice.  Mmmmmm…

This is the perfect time for AZ residents!  It is beautiful!
